There’s no denying that Canada has some epic scenery to enjoy. From B.C.’s mountains, to PEI’s coastal views, to Montreal’s historic buildings there’s no shortage of places to visit and things to see. For me it was a picture of Kitsilano beach I saw in a magazine back in 2000 that not only put Canada on my radar but eventually brought me here.

I have moved abroad four times in my life. My international adventures started from Germany to Turkey in 1994.  Since then I moved twice to Canada and once more to Turkey only to settle in Vancouver, B.C. – a place I now call home. I have seen my fair share of life abroad from many different angles and faired my share of challenges that come with picking up and moving one’s entire life to another country.

 

An adventure that started out as a three months trip to attend a language school in Canada followed by studies at the University of British Columbia and countless number of jobs to get me through the school, led to a career in Sports as a Licensed FIFA Players Agent. During that time, I met and married my best friend and we now have two amazing children that keep us on our toes every minute of every day.

The decision to become an Immigration Consultant was a natural transition from years in the Sports industry managing international transfers, documentation, and settlement process for players and their families. The successful completion of a diploma program at Ashton College opened a path to becoming a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant.

 

Today I am helping individuals and families who are in search of a better life. I continue to follow my passion for the game of soccer as a coach in my son’s little league and, on occasion, as a referee in the Vancouver Youth Soccer league. I love mountain biking – people from all around the world come to British Columbia just for that – mountain biking and skiing, which I still have to master.
